Dr. Koenigsmark practices addiction and family medicine and brings over 40 years of diverse experience providing best practice medical interventions to promote health amongst his clients. Before developing his own practices in Indiana and partnering with Journey Road as the Medical Director, Dr. Koenigsmark was the Medical Director of the Louisville Center for The Coleman Institute where he oversaw detoxification/withdrawal management for alcohol, benzodiazepines, and opioids. Dr. Koenigsmark also serves on numerous committees trying to solve complex issues, such as the opioid epidemic.
